Replacing the PDF converter

The PDF converter offered within the student desktop environment is replaced on Monday 3 October. Create PDF files by giving a print job for the files that need to be converted.
Unattended occupied computers in the library

As of 30 August 2011 computer workstations in the University Library may be left unattended for a maximum period of 30 minutes. After these 30 minutes PCs and TCs will be automatically shut down.
Google stopped support on several versions of internet browsers

As of 1 August 2011 Google has stopped its support of Internet Explorer 7 as well as Firefox 3.5 and Safari 3. Read more for consequences.
Replacement Endnote 9 by Endnote X2

As of 9 September 2010 the reference softwareprogram Endnote 9 will be replaced by the new UM wide standard version X2(12). Users will experience several improvements.
WRDS interface changed

As of 1 August the WRDS interface changed. The new interface offers an improved overview and more help in finding the most suitable database.
