The University Library wants to be in close contact with UM students. Therefore we regularly meet in Library User Groups. In the two sessions in November 2012 the following topics were discussed: Computers and WIFI, several facilities, printers and copiers, mobile services and e-books.

The student satisfaction for the library is at a high level and definitely growing, but this popularity has its drawbacks … We are working on improvement.

Early 2010 the services of the University Library and Languages Center were assessed. The peers were thrilled about (among others) the study facilities. One of the recommendations is to initiate user groups. Would you like to become a member?
