More than 150 participants took part in the seminar on 20 October. Three speakers gave good advice related to the writing and publishing process, whereas the fourth speaker talked about an alternative of getting research more visible.

A recent literature study from Surf regarding storage of and access to research data, concludes that there is no single answer to the question what researchers need to enable them to store their research data and make them accessible. A national project proposal, Controlled Access to Research Data, Stored Securely (CARDS) is based on the outcome of this study.
